Project Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented researcher to conduct a literature search to identify the 10 most-cited academic papers on the topic of “core values” published within the last 20 years. The final deliverable will be a cleanly formatted list that will serve as a foundation for a larger literature review.

Task Requirements:

Identify the Top 10 Papers: Conduct a comprehensive search using academic databases to find the 10 most-cited peer-reviewed articles focusing on “core values.”
Define Search Scope:

- Publication Window: Papers must have been published between 2005 and the present day.
- Metric for “Top”: The primary metric for ranking is the total number of citations.
Use Reliable Sources: You must use reputable academic search engines.
- Primary Source: Google Scholar is a required tool for this task.
- Verification (Recommended): You may cross-reference your findings with other major databases like Scopus, Web of Science, or Semantic Scholar to ensure citation counts are accurate.
Final Deliverable:
- Submit the findings in a numbered list (1-10), ordered from most-cited to least-cited.
- Each entry in the list must be formatted as follows:
  - Full Paper Title
  - Author(s)
  - Publication Year
  - A direct, clickable DOI link (e.g., https://doi.org/xxxxx). If a DOI is not available, provide a stable URL from the publisher or a major academic repository (e.g., JSTOR, PubMed).

Qualifications:
